1. Are you a private individual ?

   1. Are you looking for a property? Are you interested in one of the properties on Logic-Immo.be ?

      Logic-Immo.be is a real estate portal. We bring together the properties of several agencies on one site, but we do not ourselves have any properties on offer. If you have any questions or would like to visit a property you are interested in, you should contact the agency offering the property. You will find the name of the agency on the property details page, as well as a button to display their telephone number and a contact form.

   2. You want to publish an ad ?

      Once you have created your account here, you can create your ad from your dashboard. You can then publish your ad on our website after purchasing a product in our online shop. In case of technical problems, please contact us via the following e-mail address: klanten@ipm-immo.be, or via the following number: 02/340 70 70.

2. Are you a real estate agency ?

   1. Are you interested in our products or services ?

      If you are not yet a customer, we invite you to contact our sales team through our online form (recommended) here.

      If you have no real estate software and less than 5 properties, you can create an account as a small agency via the self-service portal by creating a dedicated account here. You can create your advertisements from your dashboard and, subject to purchase in our online shop, you can then publish these advertisements on our site. You can also contact our sales department using the following number: 02/340 70 75.

      You can contact our accounting and technical support via the following central number: 02/340 70 70. For technical problems, please describe your problem in an e-mail to the following address: klanten@ipm-immo.be. We will get back to you within 1 business day.
